Hello May!

May is mental Health awareness month. Here at The Agape Movement we are serious about mental health. We know now more than ever during these trying times of living in a pandemic and social injustice just how important it is to take care of ones mental health. We are asking the community to come together and support one another and ourselves during these times of high anxiety and isolation.

Set aside some time to free your mind by… getting outside, to listening to a favorite song, to sending a message to a loved ones, to stop and smell the roses or just do nothing at all. We hope that each activity provides a moment for self-care and connection. Enjoy the opportunity of celebrating YOU!
